The purpose of this study was to determine the effect remuneration on work productivity, environment employee welfare programs three factors mentioned above productivity and find out which variables have most influence productivity. research approach used in is a quantitative approach. In study, data information were obtained from respondents using questionnaire. Types sources namely data. analysis technique basic statistics, descriptive analysis. Based results calculation t-test table (table 18) it can be seen that confidence level 0.05 t-table value 2.05, calculated 8.042 probability t-value 0.000 means Ho rejected Ha accepted, then has significant From analysis, known variable consisting elements standards, working time, number products, product quality increasing ability, each variables.
